Drain coolant, need help

Where is the engine drain plug for coolant? We're fixing a '96 2.5tl. The owners manual shows it on the side of the head, as though it was right above the power steering pump, but the only bolt I see in that area is an engine mount.

Thanks in advance anyone who knows.

Shop manual shows it near the upper timing belt cover, and apparently underneath the exhaust manifold, very near ABS brake lines.

I've never removed this plug and only drain the radiator.

good luck
