I replaced the front end a few weeks ago, and since then I haven't made the turn signals work yet, so there's a few bare wires - I thought this may be killing my battery, but nothing's touching anywhere... need to jump the battery again, the only thing that's working now is the door beeper - but they're all shut. It stops when I turn the headlights on (don't work) or when I open the passenger front door - and resume when I close it.

Is this just my battery or should I look for a short or another cause of the beeper?

Theres a key sense: Key in ignition and the door is open. Makes noise

Or

Lights on (parking, headlights) and key out the ignition. Makes noise.
