Taillights, Dash lights, parking lights and license plate lights don't work at all. Brake lights work when braking, headlights work and high beams. Someone was messing with my under-dash relays and this happened after that. All fuses good, relays clicking on and off and also click on when the switch is turned to middle position (no headlights just tails and parking). What could it be? I'm at a loss. Relays send power but no power is getting to the light sockets anywhere. Here's the wiring diagram I have. Anyone had a similar issue?

 

It was the "Small Light" Fuse that blew.
