Damn leaky trunk!
Well, we have had like 12 days straight of rain here in Jersey. Today is the first nice day in a long time. Anywho, my damn trunk leaks and since we have had all this rain, it is really musty...and there's a pool of water in my spare tire well. Can anyone give me semi-detailed instructions on how to fix this? People before have been saying it's a loose tallight housing...? Well, I have no idea what that is, so could someone provide me with a little info regarding this? Thanks a bunch.

It's likely the gasket that is apart of the tail light. Mine leaked and what I did was take off the light and wiped down the car contact
area and reattached the light. Seems that a buildup of gunk can cause the gasket to fail.(Do not wipe gasket itself).
(instr) disconnect one center white plug..remove long rear inside plastic molding..remove four screws(righty tighty, lefty loosey.)
After I did that It so happens that two days later I drove through the mother of all rain storms (5-10ft visability) and not a drop was in trunk.
