They have them for $63 (which is pretty cheap) at http://www.istoreparts.com/clear-bum...98-p-2678.html
Ebay seems to not really have much for older tl's maybe i'll try again.

eBay was $40, I got them @ $85. Could've picked up a pair of Inspire bumpers for $30 but I already had these and no one was looking to buy them off of me at the time.

~Cheers~

Congratz!!!

I still got the stockers if i remember correctly... Havn't had time for my car unfortunatly or anything for that matter so i don't remember...

Either way, there are members that have the hyper whites in the headlight corner to match the headlight and also in the bumper lights... If you do a search you can probably find it somewhere on the forum... I don't know why i can't do a search right now but you can try it...

^ I just realised that you're in Salinas. I was there for the West Coast Acura Legend meet with Ken about two weeks ago. If you have a chance, can you stop by the In-N-Out across from the Best Western and tell Nicole that Art says hi? Would be appreciated!

~Cheers~

P.S. Ken was there, he knows why I'd go out of my way to say hi, hehe, .

Actually, I live about 20 miles south of Salinas but I put Salinas because its the nearest large city to where I live other then San Jose...

So i missed out on a meet??? that was held near by???
Usually I have to go either to SF or LA for meets... Have the check the Meet and Greet Forum...

I'll make sure to go and find this Nicole for you... I'll tell her you said hi... Lets see if I can snap a pic too... for the other members...

^ It was a meet on the Legend boards, not here. Thank, m8, for trying to get out there. She sure was a cutie, . Best part of the meet, IMO. We drove down to Pebble Beach for the 17 mile drive, and we took it to Big Sur for lunch. Good trip, but too many ricers/beaners out there man! I saw a kitted out, spray-painted purple Civic...

~Cheers~

Wouldn't of mind joining i'm always up for a meet... yet two weeks ago i was in the hospitol waiting for Jr. to be born... So probably wouldn't have been able to make it...

I'm now intrigued to see what you saw... I really need to take a pic now....

Pebble Beach and Big Sur... niiice... you guys went down to the rich white guy side of Monterey County... Clint Eastwood lives in those parts... You guys at least drive on Hwy 68 infront of Laguna Seca Raceway? If i'm correct, they were having the Motorcycle races during that time...

Ricers/Beaners... Thay actually still have underground races out here... Friday's and Saturday's at the Jack in the Box... Either in Salinas by the Food for Less on East Sanborn or the one on Main Street/GreenValley Rd. Watsonville... You would have liked all the hooked up CRX's and Civics... and i mean hooked up like you described that spray-painted and wires hold up bumpers etc...

BTW: just to stay on topic... I got my clear bumper Lenses on Acura-TL.com store back in 2001 or 2002... acura-tl.com/store I didn't see the clear bumper lenses there anymore but the Inspire Tails are there...

That kind of place is where I live.

No, but two of my friends (one is my neighbour) always race each other over there in their 750+WHP GT2s and Ferraris.

Would probably be a waste of gas to bring my guys there and kill them... Unless I'm staying with aforementioned cutie, . My guys can then stay at the Best Western, haha!

I have JDM-inspired ones... . Regular clear but with an amber 992 bulb, so even when they're off, they look like they have an amber cap.

~Cheers~

I have an adjustable speed relay for the flashers, but I never installed it. When I had LEDs everywhere, I had verything flashing quickly and it was just on-off-on-off. After switching back to amber, they now go on-fade-off, etc. I wanted to slow things down since I feel slower myself. Hard to explain, I guess.

~Cheers~

Does anybody have problems with condensation in the DRL of the clear bumpers? If so how can I get rid of it because it is really annoying having to clean it all the time.
