hi,

so today when i tried plugging in my gps into my cigarette lighter port all of a sudden the taillights and interior dome lights shut off. I went and checked and the fuse was blown. I put in another fuse and tried to plug in again. The same thing happend fuse blown and taillights and dome lights shut off.
Do you think something is shorted out in the cigarette lighter area? The light does illuminate around it. Im thinking of puling up the center console and taking a look.
Anyone have a similar issue?

Any small short can cause of a lot of problems that may seem unrelated, I havent personally had this problem but the Cig plus seems like the obvious place to start, trce wires til you find the short.
