What year is the Honda Accord that has the lip that will fit a 96 2.5TL?

I think its 1994 to 1997 Accord, I am pretty sure about it.

Thanks. Another question, I just ordered 2 LED bulbs to go in the side "parking lights" of my car, since I got the clear bumper lenses, the size is 194. My question is, is that the size for the side lights by the headlight? Or the side light by the turn signal? If anyone can understand my question. Haha :p
