Bearing or Tire noise Im Stumped !

Bearing or Tire noise Im Stumped !
On my 97 2.5 tl I get a woo woo woo sound coming from rfront and rrear wheel wells. Anyway to know for sure it would be a shame if I got another tire only to hear the noise still. Th tires are Yokos 550's with about half the tread life left. The balance and alignment has been done every 6000 miles like clock work,
Thanks for your suggestions and theories on differentiating beetween the two. ALso the is slight sideways movement when going real slow 5-10 mph
