Do you guys think my car would look weird with just the Azect front lip and no rear skirt or sideskirts? I want to get my front bumber painted and I might as well add it on.

i dont think it would look bad... but i would suggest you paint the sideskirts just so it wouldnt be a drastic change

IN the image it doesn't look bad, But of course its white. White never looks bad. Go for it. Are you getting eyebrows tooo or tooooo much. Hey is the shipping on azect as crazy as skipper shipping or is it a bit cheaper. I'm still thinking of the skipper rear a little. Let me know.

i think it'd be fine if you just have the front lip, it's not too drastic like the skipper where if you don't have the rest of the pieces it'll look hella weird. the eyelids suck. what's the point of paying like 100 bucks for pieces of vinyl? you better not get it or else your TL is gonna go down the drain. hahaha j/k but yeah get the front lip, i'm sure it'll look fine, and if it doesn't, heck, i'll be ordering my kit and you can just add your order to mine to save on shipping.

 

96 tl it looks like that acura in the pic has winddeflectors on the windows. how is that possible our doors dont have a frame on the windows

 

the ones that Value sells arent vinyl ... some guys hae vinyl ones cause they dont make i for some of the cars

i have also been wondering about how it would e possible fr our cars to have wind deflectors... they would probably have to stick to the chrome arond the door

 

I don't think that is our car, it's an Inspire. Right??? Maybe the windows are a little different. I know Inspire is basically our car, but its gotta be a little dfferent. Look at the top of the headlights, they got like a white stripe on them.

 

I definitely think you should paint the sideskirts. It will look like its part of the body of your car, instead of looking plastic. It will blend right in, IMO. If you can get a good price, then go for it. It wll suprisingly show up very nice during the day, especially if your gonna get the front lip

 

Those are the eyelids. I kinda like the eyelids, they make the car look more aggressive.

Eyelids do really make a difference. When I went to a TL meet everyone said they made a huge change in the front end. Much more aggressive. You guys are lucky. Value makes them, Azect makes them and Hiro make them for the first gen TL's. Oh and they are not made of vinyl Someone asked about the window visors. They mount under where the window gasket it is. So if your door doesn't have a gasket. They mount under the gasket in the roof.

LOL. Why? Maybe because everyone asks him alot of questions without buying anything. I would have bought a kit but the only one I like is the Value and its too exensive.

 

the reason why he was upset with my question was because no one has yet purchased a full kit yet...with the kit he has available. so we shouldn't ask him about any other kits.

he's a busy guy and i still give him mad props for what he has done for us. he has a store to take care of, and im sure its busy, and plus he looks out for us 1st gen's as well as the 2nd gens. he gets shipping quotes for us too (im still waiting for that hehe) to sum it all up....he's the man in my eyes..

 

With the just the front end It makes our car's back look REALLY HIGH. That's why I want the back piece so bad. As for the sides you really dont need any, the lip probably wont be much lower than the factory sides. See Look at this pic: I HATE THE WAY MY CAR LOOKS FROM THE BACK

Neo your car looks dope bro. Nice work. You definitely dont need the sideskirts. What you do need is some Inspire Tails though. Then it will really be off the hook. Anyway, I like the Azect front lip and the Skipper rear. How do you think they would look together? I think the Skipper back would be lower than the front. Maybe not though since the back of our car is kind of high.

 

I wonder if Hiro makes grills for 3.2's?

i dont think that the azect and the skipper will match up good cause with the design of the skipper kit which gives it that rolled but very low look and the azect kind of makes the nose point out i dont think they would look good together... maybe the azect with the rest of the hiro kit that might look good and i think they would mix well

 

Damn! I really hate the Hiro kit. I try to not even look at those pics. lol. I wish I had a side pic of the Azect front lip so I can compare it with the Skipper rear.

 

Thanks for the complement. Im trying NOT to spend any more on my car. There is lots of things I could buy right now, but i feel like I have already done too much. I dont plan on showing anytime soon. I guess im kinda burnt out on the Import scene.
As for the front and rear I would say go for it. I want the back also cause It is a simple look and it will match up to the car good.

Yeah I think they should match up pretty good.
Think of some of the kits for other cars and how they have kinda wild fronts w/ simple sides and back.
