when you painted your wing, is your paint flawless?? with mine, if you compare the trunk and the spoiler, the spoiler has like ripples or something....the reflections between the spoiler and trunk are different!! the trunk is clear and the spoiler is like distorted or like wavy...i can't really explain it. I went to a paint shop and they said because it's made of fiber glass and it's a aftermarket part, you can't really do anything with the ripples you see on the wing?!!!?!!?!? hows your wings paint??? i took it to 2 paint shops and i get the same response!! WTF??? the guy said he sand blocked/wet sand the wing too....

Its the primer Value Sports used. They did a horrible job. Thats why my body guy who always gives me hook-ups charged me $400. He said he would've charged someone else $600! :wow: The paint is completely FLAWLESS. It makes the rest of my trunk look like crap. He sanded off that primer and did everything all over. He noticed the waves as soon as I showed it to him. Sorry bro, the only way to fix that now is to repaint it. How much did they charge you? I would go back to the shop and have them do it over.

i went to another paint shop today and told them about sanding it down and doing everything over again. they estimated it at $518.00 to redo the spoiler and the azect grill. $148.00 was just to paint it, me and my dad did the installation ourselves. i'll post pics when i have the wing and grill painted and installed!
