*edit* I just realized you have a 3.2.. This is how I do the 2.5 and the steps should be similar..
-Put the car up on stands or ramps.
-Place a drain pan under the drain plug and unbolt it. Let the oil drain then replace the plug. I can't remember the socket size offhand.. 15/16mm? Make sure you drain the oil from the oil pan and don't accidentally drain the tranny :wow:
-Remove the oil filter. This can be kind of a pain if you can't get it off with your hands. I have a "socket" type oil filter remover that I attach to an extension and ratchet and it takes it right off..
-Dip your finger in oil and run a little bead across the rubber seal of the new filter, and put it on. This will keep the rubber from seizing to the engine next time you go to remove the filter and lets you get it a little tighter..You should be able to get it tight enough with your hands if you get a good grip.
-Fill it up with oil..
That's pretty much it..

Take it to the dealer. $19.95. It's not worth your time and hassle. It will cost you $10+ just for the filter and oil. BTW: only use Honda filters and fluids (oil is the only exception - just make sure it's SAE rated SF and 10w-30 is ok in warmer climates).
