2005 RL & TSX sideMirror with led on 1stGen TL?
hi folks.
Does anyone know if the 1st generation TL can accept the newer mirrors with led from the 2005 RL or TSX? It would save me time if I know it fits. But, if not then
I will have to modify them. Thanks.

Not without some work.
Its POSSIBLE but you'll have to do a custom mount and wiring.

Yes, thats what I thought too. But hey, I wont be the first to mod this. I think someone in here has already done that and perhaps, be kind enough to share any infos.
If not then, my plan is to buy the actual TSX led lense(I cant find one with a decent shape and they all look RIce) from the mirror and somehow attach it to my mirror. The wiring wont be hard at all. All it is, is just a relay work. I'll post pictures when its finished. Right now Im still ordering parts. thanks.

Im at Providence,Eastside.
Mine is the only one with the Inspire Tail Lights in RI, I think. I havent witness one yet in RI so far. I dont have much hooked up exteriorly. Theres not alot of kits for the 2.5 TL . Much of the stuff I will be doing will be my own. If you run into me at a red light stop, give me a honk
Id notice you're from Bristol. When summer comes, I'll be traveling there quite often to Colt State Park for a picnic and some VolleyBall.
Id my car since it came out and I must say, the car is worth already penny Id spent! Im thinking of getting another one but, Im the kind of guy that holds on to things until really due us part. Thanks.

Nice, I'm headed up there this Friday real quick actually, for a follow up appointment for an ear surgery I had a while back. I wish I had some Inspire tails, I might tint mine though, and see how it looks, not sure yet.
Know of any good reliable paint shops around? I need to get my back bumper repainted, some repair work to it too.
How old are you? Let me know when you are coming down this way, I'm up for a day at CSP. I'd love to see the mods too. I've got some in mind, but I really have to get some serious detailing done first.
There is a meet down in CSP soon, Honda/Acura, not just TL. There is one up at F1 in Boston this Saturday too, but I won't be making it, the family has a yardsale that day.
