this weekend my friend will have his 1998 3.2TL over and he is parting it out. i don't know why but anyways...

are there any parts that would be good to bring over to my 1996 2.5TL or not?

does he have any aftermarket stuff in his car? if you're thinking about swapping front bumpers, that isn't going to work. it has to be custom fitted.

 

sure, a lot of the parts will fit right on. Just see what interests you.

 

Anything from the windshield back will fit except for the rear suspension.

The fronts are completely different, even the sizes are different.

 

i would definately get the wood grain. if you dont want it let me know. Id like to get the wood grain for my center console and window switches on the doors. My 2.5 does not have them but thats what I would get...

i have the premium package on my 2.5 with the wood grain, but the heated mirrors and seats sound the most appealing.

i will check what he has on his car soon and post if he is willing to sell to anyone.

You could put the passenger seat in your car, its 4 way power. (if the leather color matches)

 

ask him how much he is willing to sell his center console for? cuz i am almost a for sure buyer. PM me or email

If he is sell it all crazy like that ill take the steering wheel . Just the wheel not the air back, do not need color to match. IF hes getting crazy with this parting out.

 

i called him and told him that i found some people interested in parts. he said he is just going sell consumable pieces, he decided to keep it in shape until he makes his next purchase.

i'll see if he is willing to give up any electrical components/console/radio...

 

Let him know I need some front end parts - drivers side headlight, & bumper. Will trade him for his parts with cash...

 

yeah i forget to reply, but this guy is still delaying on the parts. i haven't even seen any yet. he is trying to buy another car and until then we can't get anything from his TL...

 

The heated side mirrors would be my choice that is if you are in an area like me where it rains 9 months out of the year (Seattle).

 

I'd be interested in his back seats if they are dark grey and he will sell them...mine are scratched to crap from having to use my car as a truck last year when I moved.
Can't find any up here in the colour I need.
