I found one for my 2.5 two months ago at "Recyclage Automobiles S V P", and every other time I went there they carried at leat one 1st gen. But I know I was lucky for the bumper. There is also "Centre de Recyclage Chassel" that seems to be a reference for honda parts in Montreal area. You might want to try those two I guess, try calling them every week of two!

When I had to fix my Camry, I called one scrap yard and they told me that they can call other scrap yards to see if they have the parts I need. They didn't use the word call, since they're not using a phone but a walkie talkie or something similar it. I presume that there are a lot of scarp yards in the Montreal Area that are connected with the same walkie talkie network and they communicate with each other all the time. So try calling a few of em' and if they don't have the bumper, ask they they can "call" other scrap yards to find out if others have any parts.
That really worked like a miracle for me, since I was searching for a lot of parts for the old car and after going through roughly 10 scrap yards and not being to find anything at a reasonable price, I found all of them in one place through that walkie talkie thing.

O man i wish i have the time to do that. well if u tell me witch scrape yard you got the parts from i will call them and see.
I don't recall which one it was, but I can tell you that its near Iberville. But as I said, I believe that many of them are connected through this intercom system. So try calling a random one. ask if they have a bumper for you. If not then ask them to send the message over the intercom thingy.
