After owning and enjoying the car for a month, in spite of the cold weather, I thought it was about time to give it a wax. Most likely a first for this car.

The camera is kind to this car. Nothing like waxing a car to get to know it and I confirmed that after 16 years of city life without a garage, this car has not had an easy life.

Not a single panel on the car without some damage. I suspect most surfaces having been repaired at one time or another (the original owner was in her 70s when she purchased the car--and let's face it, accidents happen) and I also suspect repaired hail damage.

As you all know from my other posts this car has less than 50,000 previous one owner miles, a very nice interior and so far it is proving mechanically very sound after replacing the starter and giving it a new battery.

Nothing like a good wax job to improve appearance, nice work.

Couple of things:

1. Get touch up paint. Use it.
2. Install mesh on front air dam.
3. Use AS 303 liberally all over to preserve what's left. Dashboard, all rubber, all plastic. And tires.
