100,000 miles tuneup
i heard it is recommended to take basically any honda to the dealership to have it tuned up at 100,000 miles. I am sitting at 110k and was wondering the cost and importance of this, also what exactly will the dealership do as far as the tuneup.....? thanks for any input.

New spark plugs, adjust timing if needed, top off fluids. Nothing really serious that you can't do on your own, only the timing which you can take to other shops that'd charge you less.

the TL calls for 105k mile service including water pump, timing belt and tensioner, coolant, spark plugs and a few other basic tune items
Spark plugs will save you money on gas!
Let a private shop do the water pump and related items and belts, do the rest yourself if able. Spend the differance on a K&N air filter and some good oil
