Warning lights on dash after removing cabin blower fan

I have a 98 RL with just 80k on it. Recently I changed the cabin air filter and found leaves in the blower fan, so I disconnected it to remove and clean. While the blower motor was out, I moved the car from driveway to garage and noticed warning lights on dash - ABS, TCS and Brake Lamp. I finished the job and reassembled everything but the warning lights remain on the dash a few days later.

Any idea what would cause this? Im very much doubting 3 things failed at once, so inclined to think having the blower out while the car was running caused an issue with the electrical system causing it to throw codes.

Any advice appreciated 👍

Try to clear them first. Here is the procedure for 98-99 MYs.
