Valve adjustment, what else to fix?

Im getting a valve adjustment done , im at 235000 kms and i dont think its ever been done. Im still just learning about thos car and cars in general but is there anything anyone can think of that i should fix while the valve cover is off?

This is where someone is supposed to tell me that we have hydraulic lifters and they dont need adjustments but luckily i figured that out before my appointment. But now im feeling like i shouldnt be extending my oil change intervals, to keep the lifters clean and proper.

This Gen RL's don't really use oil at all, and never really burn oil unless you have beat the fuck out of the and car not taken care of it. The manual says 7500 miles or 1 year for conventional oil, you can easily go 10-12.5k on synthetic. I go 5k for my oil changes because that's just how I am, but these engines barely use oil. Also maybe run a bottle of system cleaner, I saw a good rise 2-3 MPG and using a boroscope I saw my cylinders were a bit cleaner then before with all the crud, and it keeps the tank from rusting inside.

Yeah i more meant to keep the lifters clean, i live in canadia and they always want us to follow the severe maintenance schedule because of the weather here (see? Even car maintenance is cheaper in the US!) which would be 3750 miles. Ive sent my oil for testing and this run is going to be 7000 miles, ill test the oil, hopefully cut open the filter and share the info here. Then we can all see what these filters look like after 7000 miles in the harsh canadian climate.

After this run ill be starting to use my hamp oil filters (as geeky as it sounds im excited) and ill do a similar report on those in time
