You would need to get a completely new digital Onstar unit and rewire it. It's a royal pain to do so. You'd be better off getting a bluetooth module conversion instead. Saves you some money and you get to make your phone useful.

If you do end up ordering one from Costar, call or email them. Make sure the model they have is compatible with the Acura systems. They'll know the model.
