omg i hit a pot hole unfortuantely i have no insurance so i could of made the city pay for it. Anyway my car is jumping a lil bit when u drive it when you are going slow speeds the car shakes rediculously i bvelive it is the shocks and struts what do you guys think? Also when my car is idle it sort of shakes im thinking its all the belts the timing belt etc
when do you need to change the timing belt the shocks and struts
i have a 2001 acura rl with 76k miles on it thanks

There is no set time. You replace them when they are worn or bad. At 100K, would be a good time, as I am sure you will feel a difference in the ride. Sounds like you could have a bent rim, or bad tire that is making your car shake.

it cantbe ibought brandnewrims and tires i got an alignment done and it went back to the way itwas the sameday so definately somting is wrong i believe its myshicks and strusts becausemy leftside of the car the driver side is sitting1 inch lower then the passenger side what do youguys think? can someone tell me what the timingbeltisresponsible for ?

Replace the struts! Also check the stabilizer links. When you replace the struts ....replace the "bump stops" and the lower strut bushings on the rear . You'll be good as new!
