Hi all, I recently bought an used 2004 RL 3.5 with Navi. it came with only one keyless remote which concerns me in case I might lose it. So I went on to buy a used one online because it would be like $130.00 at dealerships. After programming the remote, it seems to be done correctly, I got the lock and trunk and even panic buttons to work but not the unlock button and I don't know what is going on here. Anyone had this issue and got them fixed before? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you so much in advance guys.

Does the little red transmit LED on the remote light up when you press the unlock button? If it does, I would try reprogramming it again. If it doesn't, then there must be something internally wrong with that used remote.

When I programmed it I used/pressed the lock button instead during the whole process, just wondering if by doing that would make any difference. I would go back to reprogram it using the unlock button to see what comes up.
