Please help!!!!

My 1998 acura rl wont stay running...it will start up every time that i get into it and turn the key it will just not stay running for more than like 10-15 seconds or if i turn the wheel it will die out than it will start back up...replaced the fuel pump relay and plugged in a OBD2 scanner from my buddy (cheap online one) but it did not throw a code i dont know what to do and i am very stumped on this...i have heard that it could be the Crank positioning sensor BUT im a tad lost any AND all help will be greatly appreciated

i did replace the CKP sensor the other day and no luck the resin was literally melted inside so i went ahead and replaced the part and its still not turning on...it seems like it is staying on a little bit longer now but no more than 5 to 10 seconds.....when i give it gas it does nothing it seem revs up than dies out... im thinking that the fuel pump could be bad it just has enough power to prime the lines....
