Pictures 02 RL with 18" RDX Wheels
Finally was able to figure this all out. Installed 18 X 7.5 RDX wheels with 235/45/18 Michelin Primacy MXM4. Love the improved handling even though I am keeping stock ride height.

Not a bad setup... needs a little drop though.

Going to keep stock ride height for the present. Tremendous improvement in handling with little ride deterioration. Probably due to the Michelin Primacy tires![Thumbs Up](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Also I had the fenders rolled a bit by Ivan from Divani Kingston Motorsports https://www.facebook.com/divanikingston
I would highly recommend this gentleman if anyone needs their fenders rolled in the DC area.

Ivan's my boy. Good guy right there.
I like the look of the rims looks good.![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Did they come with the tires already on them? I'd try and go 40's if you could. Just because of aesthetics though nothing wrong if you can fit them.

Those wheels usually come with SUV tires. With 7.5 inch wheels 40's aren't the correct fitment.
I purchased the tires on the bay. They were Accord take-offs. Some guy was in love with Yokohamas for some strange reason.

I don't remember the oem tire size off the top of my head but I do believe 40 is the correct height for an 18" rim, and at 7.5" width you can probably do a 225 width and still have a lot of meat on there width wise.
I'll double check and report back though.

A 245/40/18 would be the correct height but that requires an 8-9.5 inch wheel.
The same applies to a 235/40/18 set-up.
I got a great deal on the RDX 7.5 inch rims so settled for the 235/45/18.
The tires are 26.3 in height opposed to the stock size 25.7.
The good thing is there is still some sidewall to absorb bumps
