I have a couple codes thrown when i checked my check engine light...couple of bad o2 sensors and catalytic converter failed? Has any company have an OEM or aftermarket cat for my 02' RL? any help would be appreciated.

 

This is going to be hard one, your best bet is to try and find a junk yard that will sell you a use one. I just had mine replaced at teh dealership. The warranty is 8 years 80k miles and they will change it for free so check in to it if you have lest than 80k

 

When a car is junked, the catalytic convertor is usually recycled for the metals inside it. I got $150 for mine from a recycler when I parted out my car. You could try contacting cat recyclers in your area. They often post on craigslist.

Is there any way to just weld up an aftermarket one?
