I have an 96 Acura Rl. I have approx. 240k miles on it. I need a new radiator. Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement?

Welcome to the boards.

This should be a suitable replacement:

That is a pretty good price. I paid $175 a few years ago. Let me guess - your stock radiator developed a hairline crack on the top, the part facing forward, driver side, going from the radiator cap area towards the battery area....

It might help to download the tech manual. Go to www.pdftown.com and search on "acura rl". It is free. 40MB download but worth it...

If you need any other parts, contact me at seamusnh@gmail.com. Good luck with the RL. I got mine up to 251k before she passed on to car heaven...
