Well, I rather not stretch but if I have too I will.
so do you think the rims poke or would they sit ok?
And what do you suggest it will be sprung on h&r 1"1/8 drop

Stretching tires... I always hated the thought and the look of it, but i always enjoy seeing the aftermath of when things go wrong...
But, to each their own. You won't see me risking my car and wheels for a "look"

235/35 front 245/35-19 rear
probably going to have to roll the rear fenders and maybe pull a bit, but you should be good.
If you want more meat you could go 40's instead of 35's or if you want them to look a little stretched (not much) you could go 225 front and 235 rear
Ive tried so many sizes on my 19x8 +40's its not even funny.

I agree with that I hate 235/35 on my 9.5 and there's a stretch you can do. 235/35 on your 9 and should be just even if you want meat then up it. I had 225/35 on my 8.5 and it wasn't a stretch so I'd say 225/35 for 8 and 235/35 on your 9 they will be perfect but you will need to roll rear fenders very slightly

Agree.
Another thing to be aware of is that there are slight manufacturing differences between manufacturers. So the same tire size from different companies might fit differently.
I would also spend money on rolling the rear fenders before purchasing rear camber kits as the ones sold for RL's are meant for Accords and they don't pull the wheels in further than stock unless you modify them.
