Intermittent VSA and Abs lights.

My VSA and Abs lights function normally when the car is extremely cold, say 15 degrees Fahrenheit. When it's warmer, say in the summer, the lights are almost always on. I have tried to get a code by using the methid in the manual (counting flashes on the instrument panel) without a code reader and have had no luck. Is this symptom a common electrical problem such as a bad circuit board? If so it must be in a component of both the Abs and VSA. What are the chances an Acura dealer could diagnose the problem? Thank you for any ideas.
