Identity Crisis: Future Car Choice
Hi all,
This isn't exactly one of my more riveting posts, but just more of a general call for opinions.
So, even though I anticipate my RL to last much longer, and I hope to have it for quite some time to come, I couldn't help but thinking, "what if I did get another car?" So during my lustful and lecherous mental adultery on my RL, I narrowed it down to two possible candidates.
1966-1969 Ford Mustang
2nd Generation Acura RL
Granted, obviously the RL has tons of tech and really is a spaceship compared to the Mustang, and it will have modern conveniences on it, whereas the Mustang is a little less refined.
But, on the other hand, it IS a Mustang, and Mustangs are cool. I spend about 30 minutes looking online and drooling over some of the nicely maintained ones.
What would you guys do? And it doesn't necessarily have to be RL-Mustang choice, but whatever your dream classic car would be.

my 02 RL is my first car and to be honest I was just looking for something good to last a year or two and then give away to my brother or something. This car feels so smooth and the front end turns me on so im gonna see how far she goes .
On the other hand, old muscle cars are one of my weaknesses and I want to get a.... *drum roll please*..... 1968 or 69 GTO (doesn't need to be a judge). I love that styling and they are a relatively inexpensive dream car.
Im going to make it happen in the next couple years. If you want a stang I say go for it man. If you ever change your mind you can always sell it anyways.

Personally I'd go with a 3rd gen TL or maybe a nice 5 series bmw in jet black. I really like the looks of the 3g TL but I want an AWD car next.
Although I plan on holding onto my RL for as long as possible.
