First Gen RL 121k Miles prepping for sale. What to do?

I am getting ready to sell my 04 RL. It has 121k miles. I have done all the major maintenance and taken care of the car since I bought it certified in 2007 with about 30k miles. The navi needs to be serviced and CDs updated and the it has the traditional front end clunk when I turn into the driveway. Should I spend the time to send the GPS for cleaning and get the new DVDs and unclunk the front end or will an RL buyer understand that this is all easily addressed and not give me a hard time? Anything a first Gen RL buyer would want to see? What else should I do to get my car ready for sale? Your input welcomed. Thanks,
Rob

Was the timing belt, thermostat and water pump changed?

Yes. I think around 75,000 miles or maybe 90k. I did it when the manual said to do it. Thanks for the recommendation.

You will have a better chance at selling it (and at a higher price) if you fix the Clunk (End link?) and having the paperwork handy to show that the T-belt and water pump was done

Thanks, I appreciate that. Just had the car up in the air today. All good. Mechanic can't identify my clunk but thinks exhaust could use a new clamp.

Mechanic went head to toe and basically said to keep the oil changed the way i do and it is good for another 100k. Wish I did not need an SUV.

Thanks again, I will keep poking around for tweaks and get all the paperwork together.

If you want a good dollar value when you sell it, make sure to clean the car. I mean everything, try to make it look as spotless and clean as it did when it came out of the showroom. So wash the car, windex the windows, clean the leather, etc. If a potential buyer sees it in that condition they will think that you always kept it up like that and that it was well taken care of.
