Bypassing Stock HID Ballast
Hey,
Soo I'm having issues with my driver side stock ballast, and rather then replace it at the moment, I decided to just run an aftermarket ballast to the headlight. However, I realized i'm not quiet sure exactly how to get to the actual power socket. As far as I know, the bulb is connected to the igniter, which itself is connected to the inverter, which is connected to the power socket that I need access to. Has anyone bypassed the stock ballast (or attempted to).. and will I need an adapter to connect from the aftermarket ballast to the power socket?
Any help would be great!
Thanks
