So I got into my 2004 RL this morning hear a lite pop and noticed that my seat started yo rock up and down. The power still works the heated seats work it is as if one bolt or something on the front corner right uner the plastic control came loose it's like driving sitting on a rocking chair. Anyone have a clue as to what is wrong? I also notic that my rearview mirror is loose this is after I had a new windshield put in abt 8 months ago . The mount is secure on the window but the platic pieces that snap onto the rearview mirror are loose I think I should be able to fix this myself. Any ideas????

back from the dealership they said my seat height shaft adjuster was broken $310 to fix it....

and the part cost only $55.... the cost is taking out the seat and installing the part.
