99RL Power steering getting harder

My 99RL with 160K the power steering is getting a lot harder to turn, fluid, belt and sound are fine. It dives OK but just a lot harder to steer now. Any ideas or same experiences?

I have not experienced that exactly but mine feels too east at slow speeds or almost stopped. Any ideas?
