The Navi restarts and freezes? What is the error message?

Try taking the navigation disc out (its in the trunk) and look for scratches. Blow off any dust you find.

Hmm, I'm stumped. But check the disc first, if it is scratched I recommend just buying a newer one. Any 'orange' Acura navi disc will work with your car.

Also check for any loose wire connections to the navi unit.

It sounds your navi head unit ground is not well secured somewhere. Check the all connections and grounds for navi head unit in trunk.

Have you ever experience this problem when you park your car and are using navi? I'm assuming you will experience the problem during driving. Not tightly secured grounds or connections get loose with vehicle vibration during driving.
