I just acquired a excellent condition fully loaded 1998 RL 3.5L. there are only a few minor issues, but one thats troubling me is the tach is frozen at 2200 RPM. doesnt even twitch when running. ive tried thumping on the lens of the cluster cover to no avail. this is something ive never seen before. any ideas?
