1996 Accura RL ignition restart
 

My 96 Accura RL had the key get stuck in the ignition. I had to disconnect the battery cables and pulled out the 30amp ignition fuse to keep it from killing the battery. When I replaced the battery cables and replaced the fuse back where they were it would not turn over. All the lights came on but didn't turn over at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
