Toyo versado tires
#2
I replaced my OEM Michelins on my 2010 RDX with Toyo Versado II about a year ago. Traction in rain and snow was dramatically improved but they produced a vibration in the steering wheel on dry pavement at 60+ MPH. I had them reblanced and aligned but no changed Blew out one and replaced them all with Michelin Energy and it's a huge improvement. Better ride, quieter, better handling and the steering wheel vibration is gone. I read lots of positive reviews about the Toyo's but my experience was horrible. I think it may be the asymmetrical tread. I was also strongly advised not to use Conti DWS. I run Conti DWS on my Acura Sportwagon and they are outstanding but I wouldn't put them on the RDX. Stick with the Michelins.
