New Rims or Refinish

I still have the stock RDX rims and really don't mind the look but would rather have an all black rim. After some searching I found a place that could powder coat them for $450 CDN. Looking for rims the cheapest i can find used for a decent looking set is already at least $400 plus tires to fit it.

Everyone is telling me to buy new rims but i really don't want to spend so much. What do you guys think?

Go for it with the refinish. It would be a good way to see what it looks like before spending more for new rims.

I like black, dark graphite, or gun metal gray for the RDX. I have RonJon Legacy 7 Gun metal Gray ($300 each) for my 08 RDX that is Moroccan pearl red. I even painted the calipers black a few years ago (they were stained with rust and brake dust).
