10" wheels

I have 20", 8.5", 40 offset TSW Londrina's w/ 275/40/20 General UHP's on my car now. Do y'all think the 10" will be a problem on the rear set? I like the staggered look.

Ya... it looks cool but bigger rear tires will just make the RDX slower, and kill your gas milage while you drag those things around behind you. I can'y speak specifically to issues that might occur with the SH-AWD, but this is a FWD based SUV. Staggered set-ups are for RWD vehicles that need to get more power to the ground back there.

I believe I'll back off to 255/40/20, like you, my next tire purchase, also. Save some weight and money. I'll check out the 9's just for grins. :-)

The 9" certainly fills out the wheel well. Mine are 19x8.5" with a 45mm offset. I wish I had thought it out better and gone with something with a smaller offset that would diminish the "Fat lady on skates" look that you get from the OEM's.

^^Because there is plenty of room in that fender to go with a 32mm.
