Brought my RDX in for grinding power window

The passenger side window when going up has a grinding sound and it is also probably related to a rattling sound I am getting that same door panel lately. Just dropped it off at my dealer service dept., hopefully they can rectify it .

Noticed they were indicating the rear differential fluid change service for $60.00+tax, which includes all labour and parts. Sounds reasonable... I could try to do it myself, and save on the labour cost, but why risk not doing it right and get all dirtied up?

Got my car back. It was the window regulator unit that was dislodged from it's original position inside the door panel and it was rubbing against the glass. It was definitely related to the rattling sound heard as well.

They also indicated that they sprayed some kind of silicone product at the compliance bushings in the suspension joints to reduce the noise coming from the suspension when running over bumps.
