Automatic Lock Sensor Problem?

Automatic Lock Sensor Problem?
So this just started yesterday and I'm not sure if someone can help me diagnose the problem.
As we all are aware the locks automatically lock when you get up to around 3 mph. The problem that is occurring is I will start the car and drive and the locks will lock. When ever I come to a stop sign or hit the 3 mph threshold the locks will try to lock again. So every stop sign or stop light - the locks try to lock. I turned off the car off and on many times with no success.
A related issue (because it started occurring at exactly the same time), the back rear window would go down and I couldn't put it back up if the car wasn't moving. Once I got by the 3mph threshold I could put the window up and it would stay up. Once I hit that threshold it would go down.
The oddest thing.
Any ideas??? I searched the forum and found the actuators go bad, but would this case the window problem too?
Thanks,
Brad
Today Update: The problem doesn't seem to be as regular and I haven't had any window problems but I have a feeling something is going to go bad.

Sounds like a possible short somewhere...although I would always start with the fuses and relays. Check them all, inside and out. It's relatively quick and easy. If not that, then maybe some bad wiring. Good luck chasing that gremlin out of the car.
