How to change weatherstrip molding on rear door window

After rains or washing, I've been having water drain out of the bottom of my rear doors-both sides. (07 RDX)
The weather-strip/seal at the bottom outside of the door windows is worn and has gaps between the seal & the windows.
I've found the 2 parts to order (not cheap for 2 small pieces)

Now the question, before I start prying and pulling on stuff......can those strips be change from the outside, or will I have to take the interior door panel off to get to it?
