2007 Acura RDX SH-AWD 78.8% throttle

I recently became the owner of blue 2007 Acura RDX SH-AWD, with 78K miles and 1 previous owner who left it stock. I got it to be a fun daily and a nice little Drag car on the weekends. I had it adapted with hand controls so I can drive it because of my bilateral amputations below the knee. Well this weekend my father and I plugged a scanner it to check everything out, and it appeared to have been only giving 78.8% throttle when the pedal was on the floor. We thought it as my hand controls but when my father drove it the same thing happened. I looked on here to try and find anyone with a similar issue but could not find anything. I wanted to know if there anyone that has a good solution to this problem.

check that the throttle reads throughout its full range of motion. if it doesn't replace it. on a personal note are you a vet?

Not a vet. I got sick when I was ten and lost midway down the calf to gangrene.
