But they need the resistors like in the link I posted for the 07-08 tl conversion or is it just the bulb like the link you posted?

the cxa shouldnt need a kit you could send an email to VLED to confirm it.. the old DRL kit was for probably just the option to run as DRL and not as a highbeam
