Hey Guys and Thanks Jay for the email.
I spoke with my fabricator about the intercooler. We were going to include a spacer or shorter bolt with the top mounts and I guess the note was spaced when we shipped out the intercoolers.
Like the other guys said. You will need to use High Temp Copper Silicone Gasket Sealant for the bov flange and washers for the bracket.

Were you able to secure more cores?
You were estimating on shipping #6+ at the end of January. Any delays, or should I be expecting my TMIC in early Feb?

Hey Guys,
Sorry it's been crazy over here. I put out a ton of requests to try to find the core we need. Nothing... Looks to be the oddest size core on the planet. I can get the core made, but my supplier is telling me 3 weeks. I went a head and had some cores made, so in 3 weeks we should have plenty. I'm going to call the guys who have cores on order and see if they want to keep the order because of the wait time or they want to cancel. Sorry for the lack of inventory, it's just not a core we used often and we now have to up our quantities to stock this unit. It looks like we may have a demand for it.
I'm thinking I might open another group buy for the 3 week wait. I will update you guys by the end of the week.

This looks promising for an additional 10-15 hp gain.

Maybe I misunderstood if he was talking about the cores. I e-mailed them again to see what's up.
They are putting intercoolers together now. We have a batch leaving tomorrow and the rest leaving Friday.

they are not finished yet. I just spoke with our supplier and our core is finished, we should have it here in the next week. That means these units will be shipping out pretty quickly.

I talked to Mike and he said he is not doing the group buy now and i tried to get him to hook me up on one but he said he only have two cores left and he wants to save it for the sale on his website at full price. we should try to get a group buy going now im in if we do i really want one.

I spoke to Mike yesterday and the plans are to make the IC more affordable to reproduce. The plans are to cast the part/s that require so many man hours of assembly by his team, which will hopefully make it close to the original group-buy price for those of us in the future. Since I missed out on the group-buy I'm going to wait for those.
