Rdx big turbo max maf sensor

I have an 07 rdx. It has a precision 5971, id1000 injectors, 3in intake, fmic, tial wg and bov, full turbo back 3in exhaust, flashpro, dw65c, and e85.

When I got this set up done. I was running off the wastegate at 10psi. Everything worked good. The other day I added another spring to get around 15-16 psi. But now I'm getting a maf circuit high code. And from what I gather. It's maxing out the maf sensor.

I have tried moving the sensor further away from the turbo. And increasing and decreasing the maf values in flashpro. But still get the code right after 6k rpm. Any help would be appreciated

It's 3in. Someone told me if I made a 3.5 or 4in it might help.

3.5 is about the limit unless you dont care about drive ability or idle.

Changed the maf sensor today with on from Acura. Still the same code. I'm going to try a smaller spring. And hope 13-14 psi will work.

So today I changed springs and it still did it. Went back to the 10psi spring and still did it. So I thought what has changed. Only other thing was I recirculated the bov. I uncirculated it and now it doesn't throw that code. Going to see later if the 16psl set up will work like this.

interesting looking build. id step up to a larger maf housing and get the rest of the vacuum lines hooked back up. also is your fpr boost referenced? if not it wont add psi to your base pressure and it will run the risk of leaning out.

Just went to a 3.5 intake and maf housing. Haven't thrown that code yet. Hope this fixes it and I can get tuned.

i have maf code at 4500rpm-20 psi with zdx 3in housing, i run now 9 psi-7500rpm with 89 gas for moment. Try to put it as far as you can from the turbo, this help me. or try custom 3.5" housing as TheWrench116.

all look good, you don t have another code?

Only code I'm getting now is from the bov not being recirculated. I can make full pulls now with the 3.5 intake.

Does this option in the new hondata update fix this so we can do the blouch upgrade with no issues?

Nice, build I appreciate the content of this threat.

What issues does the Blouche Performance Turbo upgrade usually cause?

I believe it pulls so much air that it overloads the sensor and throws a code.

Oh wow, I wasn’t aware of this issue before...I wonder why no one has brought it up before now.
