Leather Shifter

Anyone replace that cheap rubber shifter with the leather unit. How hard was it to install.

I followed the directions that came with it and it was quite easy. Just make sure you use a new screw that comes with it... I thought I would save it as a spare, however, the original screw came loose within a few weeks. It's been tight ever since I changed over to the new screw. I installed it on my '07 shortly after purchasing in Sept 2006. Much needed improvement over the rubber shifter!
