BC Racing Coil-over kit vs Megan Street Coil-over kit

I recently purchased a 07 RDX tech (better late then never) and she is due for a new suspension and SB end-links. I'm trying to decide which one I should go with, BC racing BR series coil-over damper kit or the Megan street coil-overs. I'm not doing any track racing but I am a "spirited" driver and prefer handling over ride quality to an extent. In the near future I plan on getting a hondata reflash, ATLP exhaust, progress sway, and 20' TSW's of some sort. I was planning on doing eibach lowering spring but then noticed i had some minor damper problems and decided F-it and do whole new suspension instead. So my question is which one do you guys prefer, how long have they lasted, and end results in handling and ride quality?

I am a new member and love this site!.. but I apologize if this has been covered or its in the wrong forum and I appreciate all responses.

I've had on my TSX a megan kit and I liked it, not sure on RDX, i purchased one used but didn't install but if its anything like my TSX good bang for your buck. There are people that swear by Tein, BC, Eibach, F&F really depends on what you're looking for, both are great kits that can go very low and have dampening and priced the same new. if you can get a deal maybe get the deal if not do what you like.

Ok, the only thing I can see that is different with those two, the BC is 30-way adj. and the Megan is 32-way adj. I have the Megan BTW.

With any of these coilovers is anyone getting any strange noises? Are they comfortable enough to live with every day? I had BC on my BRZ and I hated them. Had Eibach springs on my RDX and I put it back to stock. Looked cool, rode like crap. They would only be a viable option if you could dampen them properly.

If you put the eibachs on with the stock dampers, that's why it rode like crap. I used eibach over kyb shocks, and it rode better than stock.

so far, the Megan's have done well for me. The ride isn't terrible for being coilovers and lowered very low.

Good evening,

I love my BC Racing Coilover set up. My RDX really hugs the road now and rides better than stock.

What settings do you use with your BC Racing Coilovers? Do you have any clearance issues? I have 19x9.5 wheels and hope the 2" drop won't cause rubbing or any suspension issues. I just switched to Prothane bushing in the front suspension and replaced my tie rods. I am going to upgrade my rear to prothane bushings as well.
