No. The ATLP system includes the Mid pipe and the rest of it (towards the tips).
The Mid pipe contains the second cat.
The Down pipe contains the first cat and both o2 sensors. No one makes this replacement piece as yet. Though we all wait... been waiting!!

Ok guys lets get the terminology correct here as to avoid any more confusion.
The term 'Down Pipe' refers to that section of the exhaust system that immediately leaves the turbo and houses the 1st (primary) cat and both primary and secondary O2 sensors.
The 'Mid Pipe' refers to that section of the exhaust system that is connected to the Down Pipe, and houses the secondary cat.
All Aftermarket exhaust systems available for the RDX comprise of a replacement of the Mid Pipe, which deletes the secondary cat, and the remainder of the exhaust system towards the tips. The "remainder" would include larger diameter pipes and better flowing muffler pans.
To date no one has commercially produced a Down Pipe for sale!
One Acurazine member that owns his own shop has fabricated his own Down Pipe for his personal RDX which produced fantastic results. That thread can be found here :-https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=682724
Hope this clears up everything!

of course its not going to sound like the fx35...thats a Nissan vq35DE-vq35hr engine...its exhaust is only similar to the 350z/g35/fx35 exhaust note due to the engine it has w/ the comparative exhaust (now a 3.7l hence the G37, 370z, ect...)...other Nissan vehicles/trucks use the VQ, such as the maxima, but doesnt have the same exhaust which would give the above three that sound...but its similar sound could be amplified if you modify the exhaust, ect...
your talking apples and oranges here...Honda is using a 2.3l turbocharged K23A1 inline 4-cylinder...I suggest if you want the sound of FX35 or something with that growl, you go buy something w/ a v6 or v8 engine in it...
