Groove on new rotor

Hi guys, this post is not about my RDX but is concerning my other car, 1999 Honda Accord V6 EX coupe, but the issue will relate to cars in general. I replaced my front brake pads and rotors few days ago and I already see a noticable groove on the passenger side rotor. I'm planning on taking the pads out to check but before I do that do you guys have any idea of what to look for? Could there be some debris which might be caught between the pads and rotor or is this just a hard spot from the pads which cause this? If it's debris will the groove disappear after I remove it and drive the car for awhile? If it's just a hard spot on the pads, what will I need to do to fix this? will it disappear after some driving time??? BTW, I got Brembo rotors and Honda OEM pads. Thanks for any input

sounds like that's all it could be... just looked or have you felt it? is it actually grooving, or just a more "polished" ring.

It's an actual groove not just a "polish" ring . Not too deep though since I've only drove it about 40 miles. I took the brakes off and examined the assembly again but didn't see anything notable. I'm guessing there were some debris which cause the groove and since had fell off. I've mostly been driving my RDX so haven't driven the accord much but it seems to be fine now.
