The TPMS system seems faulty. I frequently get crazy numbers like rear tires showing 15 and front tires showing 65. I would like to get all 4 replaced.

Anyone know the cost ? Is it worth replacing i.e. do they last ?

Most likely it is the batteries in the sensors going out, not the sensors themselves. That said, most TPMS sensors are not serviceable, so you just replace with new. New ones should last as long as yours did, so figure another 7-ish years. Sensors are probably 25-50 each depending on where you buy, plus whatever you have to pay a shop to unmount/remount your tires (or just wait till you need new tires - most shops will put new sensors in for free if you bring them).

Are you getting any kind of warning light? My sensors never acted funny but then I started getting crazy "Check TPMS" notices. I'm assuming the batteries are dying(because what else could possibly be wrong with them).

I'm not going to bother replacing them until I need new tires.
